From my perspective, after Handy inspired me to consider what is the primary source, now I have a good understanding of it. My topic is about the mental health for students, thus it’s easy fro me to get some information from the students. Exactly, in order to gain some data, I have interviewed some of my friends. Hank is my roommate, I have interviewed him what will mental health affect students, he told me that mental health would affect students a lot, such as their mood, emotion, attitude and passion in study. Especially the passion, he had an experience that he came across difficulties by breaking up with his girlfriend, and his mental health was affected a lot. During that time, he didn’t have passion in doing everything. Also, I have interviewed another friend and asked her that how to prevent the harm that mental health brings. She told me that she was on the verge of depression because she loved to follow stars and would do anything for her stars. But her parents didn’t agree with her and they had a big argument and ended staying home on her own, almost choking depression, luckily later she went to see a psychiatrist who enlightened her. She sighed mental health would her mind, and it would bring a lot of pressure from her. Therefore, she inspired me that caring mental health is to be responsibilities for oneself. In a word, although this interview is not official, I has brought a lot of information for me, at least I have a based understanding of mental health and know what will they affect student’s health. Although this topic is very common, I will try my best to do it!

As far as I am concerned, mental health is extremely important for everyone. Especially for the people who not able to control their emotions well. Therefore, in order to improve students awareness in mental health. The topic I choose is about mental health for students. This topic is very popular for students, because with the development of the society, more pursuit of moral, intellectual and physical beauty. In order to better complete the research on this topic, I have went to the UK library to search different kinds of sources. There is an article about “Mental health services affect Education, Emotion Regulation Training, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”. This source is about the mental health service affects students a lot, it has a huge impact, both mentally and physically. Especially for the mentally, it affects students in many aspects, of which the emotional influence is the most prominent. Once students are in low mood, it may cause them to fail in all aspects and affect their performance. What’s more, the research also mentioned that the mental health will affect education for the students. It means that students can’t go to class to study normally, because it can lead to their lack of interest in learning. In a word, needless to say, mental health is important to all people in the world, especially those who have mental health disorders and need treatment. Therefore, the topic of mental health is vey good for students. At least, it can let students know how to treat and protect mental health for themselves. Although our topic is not new, we can find the materials we need in various, the UK Library is a good example. Therefore, we are very confident to find suitable materials for our group to make this topic become better and better!

Today is a nice 👍 day for me, because my B and E course was totally completed! This course was my nightmare because I have to take a test every Tuesday and it takes me a lot of time to prepare for it. Fortunately, I am free from this course, it seems “a big stone removed from my chest”. Today I just share my happiness and post a blog to record my mood. My mid-term is coming, I hope that I can get a high mark in other course because the B and E course gave me a pressure before and lowered my average GPA. Last but not least, I miss my family, my friends very much, I want to go back home!!!😩😩😩

From my perspective, I have prepared my presentation for a long time and I have came across different kinds of difficulties. Because my topic is about the students loan debt. As we know that this topic have attracted much attention in the community, thus many students will pay attention on it. Comparing with China and America, the situation of student loans is different, for China, many students will go to work if their families can’t afford such a high tuition. For America, student’s parent will allow their children to get the loan debt so that they can go to college, because they think that they have ability to work and return back the money. For myself, I have practiced in my dormitory, I have written down three key points, including the pressure for tuition, students and their parent, all of those are stockholders, they are related to my everything contents.
On the other hand, when I was doing the prevention, I felt extremely nervous. Especially I forgot my manuscript many times, which made me anxious. What’s more, I also came across a big challenge, at the beginning of the prevention, when I opened the power point, something went wrong and I couldn’t open it which made me confused and nervous. However, I quickly adjusted the status, re-download the opened my power point and calm down to begin my presentation. From this experience, I was inspired that when we meet an emergency on speech or presentation, we should not be afraid of them, just adjust yourselves and calm down as quick as possible. During this time, I think that I would be more calm and calm.
Last but not least is about the goal for me in next presentation. From my perspective, one of the most important things I need to continue is about the eye contact with audiences. Because “eye contract is the bridge for people to communicate”. What’s more, I need to be confident and calm so that I can have a good state to keep the speech going. If a person lacks self-confidence, he can’t do his best in anything. Therefore, I hope that I can learn to calmly face all the difficulties and challenges, more than the audience to make eye contact and interaction, so as to make my speech better and better.

As far as I am concerned, the topic I want to write is about the speech. It’s not easy to give a presentation because you have to memorize your notes, prepare your powerpoint, and control your emotions without getting stage fright. To be speaker, is not easy to make a good speech, because you will suffer different kinds of difficulties. As I thought, a good speech needs many factors. First of all, you have to be confident, because it will relax you to give the speech. What’s more, you should prepare your notes in advance so that you can organize your thoughts and make your speech better. Last but not least is about the eye contact. Eye contact is the bridge between people, thus when you are doing a speech, you need to focus on people’s eye. A good eye contact will improve the quantity of speech, which make the speech become more fluent and successful. On the contrary, if people are unaware of the importance of the speech that I have mentioned before, it’s extremely easy to become a bad speech. Giving a presentation is not an easy thing, the speaker will suffer a lot. One one hand, they will have pressure in memorizing the notes and practicing, which will make them stay up late. On the other hand, they should have a good attitude and mentality toward the speech, because many people fail in speech is because nervousness. Therefore, people need to overcome themselves and practice everyday. From my perspective, having a presentation is an exciting thing. As an old saying goes from China that “one minute on the state, ten years of hardworking”. Thus, when everyone finish their presentation, we all need to show respect to them and give them applause and encouragement. Appreciate!

This is a very high concern in the society, in the face of such high tuition fees for college students, some students work to earn money, some partners support, but the rest only rely on their own loans to pay off the cost, and then slowly refund in the future. III. Conclusion
A. A Video essay can’t do everything for this issue, but it can achieve purpose for intended audience by doing improve student’s mental for borrowing money and then have a good attitude towards loan debt. Or this solution isn’t complete/permanent solution, but it is a necessary step to more complex solutions. This final video essay will do the conclusion and figure out how to improve students college’s environment and and then minimize the risk of their loans and help then achieve this goal.

As far as I am concerned, my topic is about student loan debt. In today’s society, there are many people concerned, because the loan debt will affect them a lot, especially for the students who go to college. In order to make my exposition more targeted, so I find a resource on my topic. The title of the article is called “Student Loan Debt: Causes and Consequences”, it was written by Wu, Xue Dunn, Lucia ; Cosslett, Stephen, Logan and Trevon on September 10, 2014. For the credible, advisor and committee member are among the authors, thus makes this article more reliable. The article has mentioned that when students go to college, they will pay a large amount of money, including the tuition, dormitory fee, daily expenditure and so on. All of these factors caused student have pressure, which leads them to take out loans. And it also mentions how the government take measures to deal with the difficulties. From these contents to the article, it has big connection with my topic. Not only it relates to loan debt for students, but also government is taking some measures to deal with this problem. However, it is not one hundred percentage fit in my topic, is also exists the stake. Resources talk about how to take the right steps to deal with the consequences, but they don’t take into account how to reduce the burden of student loans. Therefore, the suggestion I want to advice is that the sources can add different types of solution to decrease student’s loan debt pressure, decreasing the tuition, reducing the interest rate, adding more scholarships program and so on. It is not only government provide policies to protect student, but also the ideas in student’s mind. In a word, this source is very significant for me, thus I will make an effort to use the source to make my article become better and better.

From my perspective, the issue of public concern that I am caring about is student loan debt. Comparing with Chinese, American has different concept in their mind. This concern is related to parents, students and tuition officers. First thing I want to mention is that when many children grow up and go to the college, many parents won’t pay for their tuition because they might think that their children have been able to earn their own living, even if they can afford to borrow money to go to college, they can still work to pay back the money while studying. However, it will cause high pressure in their children that they are unaware of the consequences. On one hand, the students will suffer the pressure in studying. One the other hand, if they have loan debt, the higher pressure will cause the negative attitude to them easily. Secondly, this will worsen the family relationship, because when the children are under so much pressure, if the parents can’t understand them, it is very easy to destroy the harmonious atmosphere of the family. What’s more is about the borrowing institution. As we know that borrowing money from the bank needs credit, they will predict can you repay the money in the future. If you can’t, the bank will not borrow money to you. For this reason, some students who want to go to college but can’t borrow money will do whatever it takes, maybe some of them will find a private lender, the fees and interest rates are very high. Therefore, student loan debt has high risk and stakes. In a word, student loan debt it’s not a good idea, unless it’s the case that need money very much just to borrow, don’t go to loan easily otherwise, the harm that it brings and consequence are very serious.

As far as I am concerned, according to Savini’s opinions, I can clearly know that the four steps are about noticing, articulating a problem and its details; posing fruitful questions and identifying what is at stake.There steps are very important for us to do if we can fully use it will bring great benefits to our own research. Noticing can make you have better understanding of what to do. Secondly, articulating a problem and its detail can make you consider what is the key to having a deeper considering of the investigation. Thirdly it’s about posing fruitful questions, it means that we need to point out key points to illustrate our ideas and view. Last but not least is about identifying what is at stake, it means everything thing in the world will have risk, thus it will bring benefit to you, also it will have negative effects.

From my own experience, our group digital story topic was about racial inequality, this is a very important issue for people to pay attention to, under the circumstances that this is the stake. The more people are about this problem, the more likely to be at risk. There are different kinds of people in the world, not all the people are treated equally, some of them can’t find the jobs they because of discrimination, others were suppressed to defraud them of their wages. This was the third step related the key of our topic. Reminding this memory, I have passion in the new semester, and I hope that I can have positive attitude towards life. 

Hello dear Max handy, firstly, let me do an introduction. I am Zhibin Liang and my English name is Timmy. My major is marketing, and now I am one of the Gatton college students. In my spare time I will go to the gym to keep fit or play basketball. Although I am not very tall, I am also keen on playing. What’s more, I also play guitar when I am free. However it’s very difficult for me because I just learned by myself. Furthermore, I am not lonely when I stay at home, because I have a cat, her name is sweet. She is pretty cute and naughty. Although she broke our TV set last weeks I still can’t get angry. In any case, I am extremely happy and excited that I can join in this course. At the beginning of choosing course, I was failed because there was no seat until last week. I have studied WRD course in last semester, the teacher made a deep impression on me that she was kind and friendly. What’s more, I have learned how to write digital story and proposal, and I also learned how to write the article and journey accurately, how to speak English fluently. All of those were become my memory. Look at me now, when I took the course again, the kind teacher came out again. I am looking forward to getting on well with students in our class including Max handy. In you, I can see responsibilities and kindness.
