I.Introduction
A. Attention Grabber:
This is a very high concern in the society, in the face of such high tuition fees for college students, some students work to earn money, some partners support, but the rest only rely on their own loans to pay off the cost, and then slowly refund in the future. Therefore, want to keep an eye on college students facing such a big loan, what will they do?

B. Thesis: I propose a final video essay project that looks at the US culture of student loan debt vs. Chinese culture and seeks to achieve how international students understand and manage student loan debt from attending college in the US.

II. Body
A. My Controversial Issue of Public Concern

1. With the development of the society, the tuition of college is also increasing gradually, which increases the money pressure on families and students?
2. What kind of stress and harm will college students suffer when they take out loans?
3. What stakes and risks do students have when they take the loan debt?

B. Possible Proposed Solutions

1. Finding the consequence for the students who have a loan debt and considering which parts would be affected and find the solutions.
2. I would put some examples about the loan debt.
3. Considering this goal for the video essay, I have some proposals for what our video should do.

C. Plans for the Video Essay

1. Finding the goal for the target audience and I hope that can achieve by the video. I also will put some plots on it.
2. Provide some ideas about my imagination for this class’s final project, everything I can suppose.

III. Conclusion
A. A Video essay can’t do everything for this issue, but it can achieve purpose for intended audience by doing improve student’s mental for borrowing money and then have a good attitude towards loan debt. Or this solution isn’t complete/permanent solution, but it is a necessary step to more complex solutions. This final video essay will do the conclusion and figure out how to improve students college’s environment and and then minimize the risk of their loans and help then achieve this goal.
